STEEL BOOM TUBES
A wide range of diameters and wall thickness pipes are fabricated at our Johor Bahru works, using high quality imported steel tube. All types of pipe end fittings are stocked to enable us to provide pipe system suitable for all makes of pumps. In addition to our normal steel specifications we also make Boom Kits in Con Forms special Ultra II, induction hardened tube which provides up to three times the wear life over conventional pipes.
Boom Pipe Replacement Kits
Complete kits of replacement pipes for all popular makes and model pumps are available complete with make-up pieces, elbows, reducers and pressure pipes. Standard tube specifications used are Din Spec ST52, XL62 and Ultra II induction hardened tube.
ELBOWS AND BENDS
Con Forms Brand, cast manganese steel bends are manufactured with a thicker outside wall to offset the increased wear that occurs at that point. The machined ends provide better gasket life and improved grout-tight seal. We also fabricate many special boom and pump elbows required on most pumps.
REDUCERS
Pump outlet pipes, reducers in standard lengths and wall thicknesses. Manganese steel reducing outlet bends are all part of our extensive inventory.
COUPLINGS AND GASKETS
Rapid-Fit and bolted couplings in forged steel and ductile cast iron, are available in sizes, from 1.5" (38mm) to 7" (178mm), and are supplied with or without rubber gasket seals. All Rapid-Fit couplings are supplied with a facility to fit safety pins, to prevent the coupling from opening when under pressure.
HOSE AND ACCESSORIES
High quality 4-layer steel reinforced or lightweight textile reinforced hose is supplied as standard in any length up to 20 meteres long, complete with end fittings. All hoses include hardened end fittings assembled in our works.
Steel-Bond
Steel-Bond is Con Forms own brand, used throughout the world and is designed to withstand extreme operating conditions such as high pressure and highly abrasive concrete. The four layers of steel reinforcement eliminates kinking and collapse when reverse pumping. Available in any length with one or two ends fitted.
Flex-Bond
Flex-Bond is also a Con Forms brand hose and is a lightweight discharge hose reinforced with multiple plies of textile cord. The inner, abrasive resistant, liner and outer cover are manufactured to the same specification and quality as "Steel-Bond" hose. This combines durability and light weight, with value for your money.
CLEANOUT
Wash out equipment available from stock includes natural rubber balls, rubber go-devils, ball catch baskets and wash out guns.
VALVES
Hydraulic operated shut-off valves are vital to effective and safe high rise pumping. We offer a range of manual and hydraulic shut-off valves capable of coping with the pressures and loads induced by extreme vertical pumping. Units can be supplied for connection into the pumps hydraulic system or with hydraulic power pack.
Valves and Diverters
In many pumping situations it is essential to use shut-off valves and diverters to shut off or divert the flow of concrete. We have a complete range of manual and hydraulic units from 2" through 6" available to meet any situation.
PLACING DEVICES
Krete Placer™
Specifically designed for placing concrete on decks. Units are available with boom reach radius of 30', 40', 50' or 60'. Custom Krete Placers are available upon request. Please consult factory.
